Dean's Office of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities
The Dean's Office manages the Faculty and represents it within the Heinrich Heine University. It carries out the decisions of the Faculty Council and is accountable to it. Its tasks and responsibilities include the organisation and evaluation of teaching, the distribution of allocated funds and rooms, the drafting of study and examination regulations and the preparation of a teaching report. The Dean's Office consists of three members: Dean, Vice Dean and Dean of Studies, who are elected for a period of four years.
